At Luxarcare, our only business is supporting and servicing Luxar laser systems. If it's a Luxar system, we support it, no matter how old it may be. We are highly competitive, cost-effective, and efficient. We maintain low overheads and are able to pass all the savings onto our customers while always delivering unconditional top quality. Luxarcare's Laser Engineers have over 70 years of combined technical experience in both the industrial and medical CO2 laser marketplace, including positions at Laakmann Electro-Optics, Xanar, Coherent Medical, Synrad Inc., Luxar Corporation, ESC Medical Systems and Lumenis Inc. Paul Diaz, MSc EE, Member IEEE

Prior to co-founding Luxarcare in 2002, Paul played major development roles at several companies. He was Project Manager with Johnson & Johnson Ultrasound and then Senior Electrical / Software Engineer and Systems Group Manager with Laakmann Electro Optics (merged into Xanar, Coherent Medical). He later co-founded Luxar Corporation (merged into ESC/Lumenis) and served as its Director of Engineering until 2001, leading all electrical and software design of the LX-20 and Novapulse systems. Paul is a Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. At Luxarcare Paul oversees all Luxar laser system service, repairs, troubleshooting, tests, and upgrades.

Peter Vitruk, PhD, MInstP, CPhys

Prior to co-founding Luxarcare in 2002, Peter played a variety of research and development roles around the globe. He was a Research Scientist with The Academy of Sciences in the former USSR and a Visiting Research Fellow with Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, UK. He later worked as RF excited CO2 laser Programs Manager with Synrad Inc., and then as Senior Staff Scientist / Laser Designer with Luxar/ESC/Lumenis. He has authored 9 patents and over 20 articles on RF excited CO2 gas laser plasma and resonator technology and is a Member of The Institute of Physics, London, UK. At Luxarcare Peter oversees all Luxar laser tube service and reprocessing, resonator and optical repairs as well as Luxar laser resale and upgrades.
