Once you upgrade to any Aesculight surgical laser model, you will be eligible for future upgrades to more power and delivery options without having to buy a new laser. Aesculight lasers are designed to give you the flexibility and freedom of upgrading your laser without the need of replacing it. The Superpulse Upgrade

For a modest investment in your laser system, you can reap the clinical benefits of superpulse technology for you and your patients. Your LX-20SI or LX-20LP will be given full superpulse capability and will perform identically to a brand new LX-20SP Novapulse*. Additionally, LX-20LP owners will enjoy a new maximum CW power setting of 20 watts, a full 8 watt increase over the standard 12 watts (LX-20SI owners already enjoy a full 20 watts of maximum CW laser power).
